These terms cover text messages from NowHired, a service of Personnel Placements of TN LLC.

The program

When you opt in, we text you about jobs and work: open assignments that fit you, application and screening questions, onboarding steps, schedule confirmations, check-ins during an assignment, and pay notices.

How you opt in

You only get texts if you asked for them. That can happen when you:

• text a keyword like JOBS to our number,
• apply on our site or in person and agree to get texts, or
• say yes to an invitation we are allowed to send you.

Texting is optional. You can apply and work with us without it. Email hello@nowhired.ai or call (731) 555-0123 instead and a person will help.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message and texting ends. We send one last message confirming you are opted out, then nothing else. You can opt back in any time.

The fine print

• Message frequency varies. During screening or the first week of an assignment you might get a few messages a day. Other weeks you might get none.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges are between you and them.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
